Opt Out of PowerShell Telemetry

Microsoft collects telemetry data on one’s usage of PowerShell. They provide the following instructions to opt out:

To opt-out of this telemetry, set the environment variable POWERSHELL_TELEMETRY_OPTOUT to true, yes, or 1.
